A governmental service provider in New Brunswick is seeking an Aqua Fitness Instructor to plan and deliver aqua fitness classes for Canadian Armed Forces members and their families. Under the supervision of the Aquatic Coordinator, the aqua fitness instructor plans, organizes and delivers aqua fitness classes. He/she prepares class schedules, designs programs and assists with advertising and public relations. Records, monitors and reports program attendance. Prepares, distributes and submits evaluation forms, as required. Provides lifestyle awareness information. Liaises with outside organizations to ensure latest updates and trends are introduced to the program. Maintains current level of certification and abilities required to conduct aqua fitness classes. Assists in the design of aqua fitness programs and implements changes as required.
Some years experience in a related field.
Fitness Leaders Certification – Aquafitness module.
English – Essential / Bilingual (English and French) an asset.
