The role involves hands‑on service, record‑keeping, tool and shop organization, logistical support, safety reporting, occasional travel for training, and on‑call duties to ensure continuous service availability.

Responsibilities

• Service & Repair: Perform hands‑on service and repairs for HPTSS components in line with OEM manuals and Survitec procedures.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate equipment, conduct pressure testing, and maintain HEUBA systems.
• Record Keeping: Log work in electronic and paper systems (C-SAM, checklists, release docs).
• Organization: Keep the service shop and tools clean and well‑maintained.
• Logistics & Delivery: Handle pick‑up and delivery runs between our facility and customer sites.
• Safety First: Report breakdowns and health and safety concerns to the Service Supervisor.
• Training & Travel: Travel for training and professional development as needed.
• On‑Call Rotation: Participate in on‑call rotation to ensure continuous service availability.

The Role:

As a Service Technician - HPTSS, you’ll be responsible for performing day‑to‑day service and maintenance tasks to support offshore operations, ensuring our high‑performance safety systems are functioning at their best. You’ll handle everything from servicing Helicopter Underwater Emergency Breathing Apparatus (HEUBA) to pressure testing, and from cleaning life‑saving suit components to maintaining personal locator beacons (PLBs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Service & Repair: Perform hands‑on service and repairs for a variety of HPTSS components in line with OEM manuals, procedures, and Survitec policies.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate laundry equipment, conduct pressure testing on suit components, tear down and rebuild HEUBA systems, and inspect/maintain PLBs and LPUs.
• Record Keeping: Log all work performed accurately in our electronic and paper systems (C-SAM, checklists, release docs, etc.).
• Organization: Keep the service shop and all tools, equipment, and delivery vehicles clean, organized, and in top condition.
• Logistics & Delivery: Handle pick‑up and delivery runs between our facility and customer sites.
• Safety First: Report any breakdowns in service quality or health and safety concerns to your Service Supervisor immediately.
• Training & Travel: Participate in occasional travel for training and professional development.
• On-Call Rotation: Be part of an on‑call rotation to ensure continuous service availability.
