Placements24 is seeking enthusiastic individuals to train as Apprentice Plumbers in Kimberley, Canada. This hands-on program covers water, drainage, and sanitation for commercial and residential properties, under expert guidance.

You’ll learn pipe fitting, fixture installation, and leak repair, building a solid foundation for a respected trade. You will train with licensed professionals, progress through the apprenticeship, and gain exposure to diverse residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
• Interest in plumbing and willingness to learn the trade.
• Good physical health and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Basic understanding of tools and measurement.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to completing the full apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers in the installation and repair of water supply and drainage systems.
• Learn to cut, join, and assemble pipes using various materials and techniques.
• Install plumbing fixtures such as toilets, sinks, showers, and water heaters.
• Help diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
• Read and interpret plumbing blueprints and schematics.
• Maintain a clean and safe work site, adhering to all safety regulations and building codes.
