Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Vaughan, Canada is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead daily operations and deliver guest‑obsessed hospitality. You will act as the on‑duty leader, ensure speed and accuracy of service, train crew, and manage digital orders while maintaining a guest‑ready dining room.

You’ll oversee scheduling, P&L, sales forecasting and recruiting, uphold food safety and compliance, and work a 50‑hour week including evenings and weekends.

The physical work environment includes working in a fast‑paced kitchen environment and interacting with customers. The role requires the ability to stand and walk around the restaurant for 10 hours a day, lift 50lbs./25kgs., and perform other physical activities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job. It includes working around varied temperatures, tasting and preparing food, and strong communication with the Chipotle team and customers.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Pay range is $46,000.00–$62,500.00 depending on skill level, experience and/or education. Compensation offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
