Job summary

Fountain Tire Meadow Lake is seeking a 2nd or 3rd year Automotive Service Apprentice to join our busy shop and grow mechanical skills on a variety of vehicles.

You will work closely with senior technicians, perform diagnostics and repairs, and stay focused on safety and quality workmanship while delivering friendly service to customers. Must have a valid driver's license and be enrolled in an approved apprenticeship program.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered 2nd or 3rd year Apprentice Automotive Service Technician.
• Comfortable with diagnostics and repair.
• Self-motivated in a busy shop environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to provide a satisfactory driver's abstract.

Responsibilities

• Work on diagnostics and repairs for cars, light trucks and other vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area; follow shop protocols.
• Assist senior technicians and learn through hands-on practice.
• Provide professional, friendly service to customers and explain basic issues to them.
