Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Execute front-end brake services, shocks, and wheel alignments.
  • Safely perform tire removal, installation, and repair for passenger and light truck vehicles, including mounting/dismounting tires, balancing, inflating, and reinstalling. Diagnose tire issues, evaluate reparability, and apply appropriate repair methods.
  • Understand and use alignment machines, flush machines, and oil/lube and filter service.
  • Assist and perform mechanical inspections and services, including work order procedures, alignment, flush machines, and oil/lube and filter service.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, consistently surpassing each client\'s expectations.
Qualifications and Success
  • Completion of Automotive Technician Program or equivalent
  • A valid driver\'s license
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a desire to learn
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to excel in a physically demanding environment with heavy lifting and moving throughout the day
