Chipotle Canada is expanding and seeking Apprentices who will grow into General Managers by supporting daily operations, hiring and training staff, and delivering a Guest Obsessed experience in a fast-paced restaurant. You will lead on duty, manage scheduling, P&L, sales forecasting, and recruiting while maintaining food safety and guest satisfaction.

Expect evenings and weekends as part of a 50-hour workweek.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Ensure the dining room remains clean and the restaurant is always guest-ready

• Work a standard 50-hour workweek, including evening and weekend shifts

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• Genuine enthusiasm for people development and leading others
• Previous restaurant management experience preferred, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, scheduling, and recruiting

The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and interacting with customers. The role requires the ability to stand and walk around the restaurant for 10 hours a day, lift 50lbs./25kgs., and other physical activities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job. It includes working around varied temperatures, tasting and preparing food, and strong communication with the Chipotle team and customers.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Pay range is $46,000.00–$62,500.00 depending on skill level, experience and/or education.Compensation offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
