Job summary

A leading real estate solutions provider in Ontario is looking for a Client-Obsessed professional to join their team as a liaison between Property Appraisers and Clients. This role involves managing appraisal orders, enhancing communication, and building strong partnerships to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, strong interpersonal skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. A hybrid work model is adopted, requiring on-site work at least three days a week.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Bilingual (written and verbal) in French and English is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between Property Appraisers and Clients.
  • Manage appraisal orders to reduce turnaround times.
  • Build strong relationships with Appraisal Firms and Appraisers.
  • Proactively communicate updates with clients.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes.
