We are looking for a couple talented Industrial Mechanics/ Millwrights with 3+ years of experience. This position has potential for regular travel to mine sites in Saskatchewan. As a condition of employment, candidates must be able to meet site‑specific safety requirements, including passing drug and alcohol testing, as requested. We are looking for individuals that have a positive outlook and a proven track record. Join our team and use your skills to contribute to great quality results. This is a full‑time permanent, in‑shop position.

Responsibilities
  • Rebuild various types of industrial equipment
  • Perform work requiring a working knowledge of welding processes and practices
  • Check tools and equipment regularly and report defects or unusual conditions to supervisor
  • Operate overhead cranes, forklift and trucks to install or transport materials, equipment and tools
  • Able to diagnose failure mode and include a written technical report
  • Measure components to determine repair or replacement needs
  • Select and source replacement parts as required
  • Hydraulic system installation and repair
  • Interpret drawings and sketches; plan working procedure, including tool and material requirements
  • Assembly of custom‑designed industrial and mining equipment that includes mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components
  • Diagnose failure mode
  • Disassemble, reassemble, pressure test

  • Current CWB Welding Tickets is an asset
