Qualifications

  • Two years related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • An equivalent combination of training, education, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and redirect general incoming calls and e-mail correspondence.
  • Receive and register all applications, ensuring date stamps are applied.
  • Coordinate with applicants to review files and assist in processing applications.
  • Complete applicant reference checks and maintain electronic and paper records.
  • Determine Phase 1 eligibility and provide general administrative support.

Skills

Strong keyboarding skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent knowledge of office procedures
