    Must haves skills

    • 6 + years of Application support on Incident management and problem management with Commodity Trading with Oil & gas / Energy Utilities and Logistics experience.
    • Hand-on and technical with SQL- SQL scripting / Oracle/Deep experience in working with multiple complex interface systems.
    • Strong experience in L2 support.
    • Excellent communication skills in fluent English.
    • Experience working with senior management and business users on day-to-day basis.

    Nice to haves skills

    • Qlikview / Business Objects / Axiom / Control-M
    • ITIL certification preferred.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • 6+ years of experience in on trading and commodity side
    • Familiarity with standard support processes such as incident and issue management
    • Experience of working in a high-volume time critical environment.
    • Strong Technical Knowledge on SQL Server or Oracle Able to interact with the customer on day-to-day issues and send reports on daily basis.
    • Should be able to communicate with Business Users and other stakeholders whenever needed.
    • Experienced in Handling Production Issues and provide Bug Fix/ Solution in Production
    • Providing Second- and Third-line support for user issues
    • Ensuring production systems are fully operational and provide quick work around and solution.
    • Strong verbal and written communication both with business users and internal IT teams. Must be able to speak fluently in English.
    • Experience in preparing analyzing and presenting reports.
    • Should have knowledge in ITIL Certified
