Role

As a 3D Metrology Expert, you will play a key role in our customer service department. You will carry out 3D data acquisition and processing projects, train our customers on our solutions, and become a technical reference for your team. What a typical project looks like
  • Stay in contact with customers to perform 3D scanning according to specific needs;
  • Process the collected data to extract reliable results for quality control, reverse engineering, or dimensional analysis;
  • Deliver the project on time, ensuring compliance and quality of deliverables;
  • Train users on Creaform products and software so they can work independently and efficiently;
  • Answer technical questions and assist clients in using the solutions;
  • Collaborate with your team to share your observations, improve processes, and contribute to the evolution of technologies.
Aspects facilitating integration
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering;
  • Member in good standing of the OIQ;
  • Fluency in French and English (Spanish an asset); a high percentage of communications with our subsidiaries and customers abroad are in English. Frequent participation in meetings with English-speaking partners.
  • Availability for frequent travel in North America (approximately 50% of the time);
  • Autonomy, organizational skills, and resourcefulness;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • Strong interest in customer service and sales;
  • Fluency in oral and written communication.
