Job summary

You will collaborate with business units, confirm requirements, support testing, and maintain documentation while leveraging SQL Server, stored procedures, data modelling, and reporting services. Experience with end-user interactions and source control is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IT or related field with 4 years of related experience.
• Active professional certification in related discipline with 7 years related experience.
• Experience in enterprise IT using .NET, Visual Studio, and source control tools.
• Experience with MS SQL Server, Management Studio, stored procedures, data modelling, and reporting services.
• Experience using C# and Visual Studio; end-user interaction, requirements confirmation, testing support, and documentation maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with business units and program areas to ensure solutions meet current and strategic ministry needs.
• Align development team to follow Application Architecture.
• Write code for the most complex Functional and Technical Designs with minimal defects.
• Define non-functional requirements (Performance, Availability, Portability, Recovery).
• Assess technical impacts up front and recommend better design approaches.
• Produce Technical Design, Database structure and Application Architecture for complex applications.
• Seek best technical design solutions respecting budget and timeline; advocate re-use of existing components.
• Review Technical Designs and recommend optimizations.
• Evaluate quality of delivered product and take action to improve situations.
• Assist/Execute performance/penetration tests and troubleshoot system-level issues.
• Identify release schedules and service requests with customers; ensure releases stay on schedule.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• University graduation:Computer Science(CS), Computer Engineering (CE), Information Technology (IT)or related discipline & 4yr related experience;
• Current active professionalcertification or accreditation in related discipline from a recognizedissuing body & 7yr related experience.Experience working as an Application Developer in a largeenterprise IT environment utilizing .net, Microsoft Visual Studio, and sourcecontrol tools.Experience working in software development across the fullsoftware development lifecycleDuration-Experience with MS SQL Server, Management Studio, storedprocedures, data modelling, and reporting services Experience using C# and Visual Studio.Experience working with end-users - confirming requirements,supporting testing and maintain documentation.
