Job summary

Easy Outsource is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Quebec City to support daily warehouse operations including receipt, storage, sorting, and dispatch of appliances and large goods. You will work with warehouse and delivery teams to maintain inventory accuracy, assist with load-in/load-out, and support six-day delivery operations.

The role requires at least 1 year in warehousing, knowledge of inventory systems, and experience with forklifts or pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or related experience.
• Working knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse operations.
• Experience with material handling equipment; forklift certification is an asset.
• Bilingual (English and French) with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, store, and dispatch shipments with accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and log inventory to 99% accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, clean warehouse following SOPs and safety rules.
• Prepare appliances for delivery and assist with loading/unloading.
