Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience servicing major appliance brands.
• Experience with sealed system repairs (refrigeration units) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and repair a wide range of appliances.
• Recommend and order required parts for repairs.
• Complete and submit all paperwork in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work environment.
• Provide professional and courteous service.
• Use service manuals for diagnostics.
• Communicate repair findings clearly to customers.
• Follow health and safety standards.
• Support junior apprentices.
