Loblaw Companies Limited is hiring at Real Canadian Superstore in Canada. Join our team as a Store Team Member to help create a positive in-store experience by keeping shelves stocked, assisting customers, and supporting promotions. Training is provided, with flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends.

You may lift up to 50 lbs and move actively throughout shifts. We offer a unionized setting with starting hourly wages and a path to growth as you gain experience in a fast-paced retail

What you’ll do

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
