Job summary

Apple is seeking an Engineering Program Manager in Vancouver to lead complex, cross-functional App Store initiatives at scale. You will own requirements, timelines, and stakeholder alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, Legal, Privacy, and Operations.

You should excel at turning ambiguous inputs into actionable plans, have a strong technical background, and be comfortable with iOS development and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program and/or project management experience.
• Track record of building products by driving collaboration across multiple teams.
• Technical background in software architecture and development (helpful).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of business-critical features built for the App Store ecosystem, from scoping through to launch.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Design, QA, Legal, Privacy, Trust & Safety, and Operations teams.
• Manage pipelines to support new App Store features and drive large cross-functional projects.
• Define and write business, functional, and reporting requirements for Developer and Customer experiences.
• Track scope, timelines, resources, stakeholder communications, and risks across concurrent projects.
• Improve processes for how App Store features are built and executed, identifying efficiencies and risks.
• Leverage AI tools to optimise recurring tasks and improve operational efficiency across flows.
