Job description

We are looking for dynamic consultants to strengthen our Information Systems & Digital team in Montreal. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us tackle our clients’ challenges.

You will support various projects thanks to your expertise as an Apigee Developer.

Your main responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure API proxies and security policies using Google Apigee.
• Maintain and optimize integration layers related to internal systems, including GCP environments.
• Ensure API performance and security by applying standards such as OAuth, JWT, RBAC, and other recommended protocols.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to align API deployments with CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor API traffic and performance, diagnose issues, and apply fixes using Apigee Analytics and GCP logs.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation on API architectures, configurations, policies, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Apigee API Management (proxies, policies, API gateways).
• Strong proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially services related to APIs and integration.
• Solid understanding of REST, JSON, XML, and application integration principles.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols and best practices for authentication/authorization (OAuth 2.0, JWT, etc.).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills in a cross‑functional environment.
