Responsibilities

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas.
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch‑ups.
• Assist with snow removal and touch‑up painting as required.
