Job summary

Une entreprise de construction recherche du personnel pour un emploi permanent à Yellowknife. Les responsabilités incluent le nettoyage, la supervision d'autres travailleurs et la gestion des espaces sous différentes conditions climatiques. Une expérience minimale de 1 mois est requise, sans exigence d'expérience de travail canadienne.

Qualifications

• Expérience de 1 à moins de 7 mois.
• Capacité à travailler sous pression et avec des charges lourdes.
• Capacités physiques dans un environnement alliant conditions climatiques variables.

Responsibilities

• Balayer, nettoyer et cirer les couloirs, les sols et les escaliers.
• Opérer des aspirateurs industriels pour enlever les débris lourds.
• Superviser d'autres travailleurs.

Tasks

• Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers
• Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
• Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
• Perform safety and security checks
• Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants
• Supervise other workers
• Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
• Water and tend to plants, lawns and / or gardens
• Work with minimal supervision
• Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
