Qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle AP experience.
• Experience performing GL reconciliations is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming payables for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor transfer of invoice data into ERP and resolve mismatches.
• Partner with technology teams to troubleshoot workflow errors.
• Validate inventory-related bills with purchase documentation.
• Ensure appropriate approvals and account allocations before entering transactions.
• Examine supplier agreements for corporate compliance.
• Review employee reimbursements and post verified data.
• Prepare and document scheduled payment runs.
• Initiate electronic disbursements after validating banking information.
• Record completed wire payments in ERP and ensure reconciliation.
• Process voided payments and related adjustments.
• Maintain organized records for each accounts payable transaction.
• Support auditors with required documentation.
• Review payables subledger before month-end close.
• Prepare and post month-end accrual entries on time.
• Communicate regularly with suppliers about payment timing.
• Compare supplier statements with internal records for variances.
• Conduct investigations or analyses as requested.
• Support finance and accounting team with additional responsibilities.
