Reporting to the Controller, the Manager, Accounts Payable will lead a team consisting of 8 direct reports. This role is aimed to drive the transformation of the payables function through further development of the team as well as in process improvement through implementation of streamlined policies, procedures, and systems. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership capabilities, strong emotional intelligence, technical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable department while also playing a critical role in building a scalable AP function to support the organization.
