Role Description

This is a permanent, full‑time, on‑site role located in Otterburne, MB, for an Annual Fund Development Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Annual Fund Development Coordinator is responsible for strategic planning, execution, and management of Providence’s annual gifts program (“The Providence Fund”) and other Development related initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 3 years experience in fundraising and/or sales preferred
  • Bachelor degree required; experience and/or education in event management or another related field and asset
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Strong Project Management skills, including planning, organizing, coordinating fundraising events, and meeting deadlines
  • High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with fundraising tools, CRM systems, and data analysis is an asset.
  • Ability to affirm and work in alignment with the values of a Christian community
Salary

$44,500-$49,300 a year, dependent on experience
