A modern animal care clinic in Toronto is seeking an Animal Care Attendant/Member Experience Coordinator to enhance member experiences while supporting patient care. The role combines responsibilities as a 'Host' or 'Veterinary Reception,' requiring exceptional communication and team collaboration. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and a passion for pets. Flexibility for evening and weekend work is needed in this hybrid position.
Our mission is to build the next generation of animal care for the modern world. By leveraging technology and design, we are reimagining the animal care experience for pets, pet parents, and care providers from the ground up. With the consumer and pet at the heart of everything we do, we seek to rebuild the way veterinary medicine is delivered and disrupt a traditional industry across every customer touchpoint and interaction.
We are looking for an individual to join our in-Clinic team as a hybrid Animal Care Attendant/Member Experience Coordinator and be a part of the clinic’s Support Team. This position would be most like a ‘Host’ or ‘Veterinary Reception’ in other clinic settings, while also working alongside the RVT and DVM team in our treatment and patient care areas of the clinic to support appointment flows and patient comfort. Reporting to the clinic’s Practice Manager, this role will be leveraging their skill set to elevate the member experience in the clinic and is passionate about pets and the people who care for them.
In this role, we are looking for someone who is passionate about pets and the people who love them, and someone who is excited about delivering stellar experiences to our members, as well as superior patient care for their pets.
