Job summary

REALIGN LLC in Montreal, QC is seeking an experienced Angular Developer to build scalable, responsive web applications using Angular, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs.

You will develop reusable UI components, integrate front-end apps with backend services, optimize performance, and collaborate with business analysts, UX designers, and backend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions in a hybrid work environment. Strong knowledge of security best practices and modern front-end tooling is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of front-end development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Angular experience.
• Experience with RxJS, NgRx/State Management, and Angular Material.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.

We are seeking an experienced Angular Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and modern front-end development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop reusable, modular, scalable, and responsive UI components.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate with business analysts, UX designers, and backend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues.
• Implement unit testing and support CI/CD deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of front-end development experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Angular experience.
• Experience with RxJS, NgRx/State Management, and Angular Material.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API-driven development.
• Experience with Jasmine, Karma, Jest, or other unit testing frameworks.
• Financial services or capital markets domain experience is a plus.
• Experience with React or Node.js.
• Knowledge of web application security best practices.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
