Requires 10+ years pharma analytics, 5+ years HIV/Specialty Care, and strong Canadian market knowledge to lead analytics, forecast, and reporting for the sales force and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Finance or Healthcare.
• 10+ years pharma industry experience.
• 5+ years HIV or Specialty Care experience.
• 5+ years analytics, sales force effectiveness or BI experience.
• Strong understanding of Canadian pharma market and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead key I&A pillars: Reporting, Forecasting, Commercial Analytics, SFE and Market Research.
• Oversee Performance Reporting for clear business insights and leadership alignment.
• Develop opportunities to drive performance with cross-functional teams.
• Direct 2-4 support resources for timely reporting and accuracy.
• Deliver key reports: KPIs, Monthly Reviews, Sales Reporting, PowerBI.
• Monitor needs and enhance reporting tools to support decision-making.
• Partner with sales/marketing on segmentation, targeting, and plans.
• Lead forecasting with evidence-based assumptions and market dynamics.
