Sportchek is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join the Loyalty Data Product Engineering team in Toronto. You will help design, build, and automate data pipelines that feed analytical and operational insights across the organization.
The role emphasizes testing, data validation, CI/CD, and collaboration with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate Loyalty data and scalable solutions. Experience with PySpark, Airflow, Databricks and cloud platforms is preferred.
We are seeking a motivated Analytics Engineer to join the CTC Triangle Program - Loyalty Data Product Engineering team, reporting to the Engineering Manager. This team leverages a broad range of data technologies and analytical techniques to design, develop, and automate data pipelines and processes consumed across the organization both analytically and operationally. Made up of data engineers and analysts, the team is focused on creating a portfolio of best-in-class products and services that fuel customer-focused analytics and enhance the customer and brand experience. Monitoring and maintaining the quality of Loyalty domain data feeds, including incident investigation, resolution, and ongoing data quality governance.
Broadband Salary Range: $53,000- $88,000. Our typical hiring range is between $53,000 and $75,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
