Job summary

Aviso n Young’s Québec Capital Markets team in Montréal is seeking a dynamic Financial Analyst to provide reliable, timely, efficient support and transaction leadership to the Québec Capital Markets Team, based in Montréal.

The position entails working with a diverse group of internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization and external clients, including institutional, private capital, high-net-worth and developers.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance or accounting.
• Minimum 3 years in commercial real estate with a focus on financial analysis and underwriting.
• Fully bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, brokers, and clients to underwrite investment real estate transactions using Argus, Excel, Yardi, and other software.
• Identify and present value-creating scenarios to stakeholders.
• Assist deal structuring and communication with clients and internal teams on active files.
• Support due diligence periods for active files.
• Gather and evaluate market data for project-specific deliverables, including comps.
• Contribute to creating presentation content for current mandates and new business opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings to present financial models and sensitivity analyses.
