Qualifications

Nous recherchons un Analyste en Reporting Financier dévoué pour préparer et soutenir les états financiers trimestriels et annuels conformément aux normes IFRS. Le rôle implique d'analyser les résultats financiers pour garantir l'exactitude et l'intégrité des rapports financiers, tout en dirigeant des initiatives visant à améliorer les processus et les contrôles de reporting financier.

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Reporting Analyst to prepare and support quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS. The role involves analyzing financial results to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, while leading initiatives to improve financial reporting processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Analyze financial results to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
• Lead initiatives to improve financial reporting processes, controls, and workflows.
• Support enhancement and optimization of reporting tools, systems, and ERP processes, including SAP.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to identify opportunities for automation and process efficiencies.
• Contribute to finance transformation, system implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Provide reporting solutions and analyses that support business decision-making and operational performance.
• Act as a key resource for stakeholders on financial reporting and process-related matters.

Essential Skills

• CPA designation with 5+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, or controllership experience.
• Experience in a large organization, public company, Big 4 firm, or capital-intensive industry.
• Proficiency in SAP and a strong systems aptitude.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and navigating complex business environments.

Additional Skills and Qualifications

• Big 4 public accounting experience.
• Experience preparing technical accounting memos and supporting complex IFRS assessments.
• Experience with financial consolidations and corporate reporting.
• Hands-on experience with consolidation and reporting systems such as Tagetik or HFM.
• Experience supporting external audits and interacting with auditors.
• Exposure to large, multinational, or publicly traded organizations.
• Knowledge of internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial compliance requirements.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
