As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and implementation of high‑impact strategic initiatives within iA Financial Group’s largest distribution network.

What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Leading continuous improvement and development projects, from planning through delivery.

  • Analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and proposing appropriate solutions.

  • Identifying process impacts and recommending concrete improvement opportunities.

  • Ensuring the coordination, prioritization, and alignment of ongoing initiatives.

  • Facilitating collaborative workshops with stakeholders to drive innovation and performance.

  • Contributing to the definition and implementation of effective and sustainable business solutions.

  • Providing strategic change management support to promote adoption and ownership of initiatives.

  • Has a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in business process analysis, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience (knowledge of the Career agency network is an asset).

  • Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves delivering presentations in English and collaborating regularly with colleagues in Western Canada.

The typical hiring range for this position is between $80,276 and $115,371 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
