Job summary

FOP CONSULTANTS recherche des Finance Business Analysts pour un déploiement Oracle Fusion Cloud. Spécialisés dans les processus financiers, ils contribueront à la conception, la validation et le déploiement des modules Fusion Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management).

Ils feront le lien entre les équipes métier et les équipes de configuration, documenteront les exigences et soutiendront les phases de tests et de formation. L'expérience en analyse financière et ERP est nécessaire.

Qualifications

• Baccalauréat ou diplôme équivalent en comptabilité/finance.
• Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en analyse des processus financiers ou en implémentation ERP.
• Connaissance d’Oracle Fusion Financials ou ERP financier similaire.
• Compréhension des processus P2P, O2C, R2R ou comptabilité générale.
• Expérience de rédaction de FDD, de tests fonctionnels (SIT/UAT) et de conversion de données ERP.
• Certification pertinente (Oracle Cloud, CPA ou équivalent) un atout.
• Expérience dans des organisations publiques ou privées canadiennes.

Responsibilities

• Participer à des ateliers d’analyse des processus financiers et documenter les exigences fonctionnelles.
• Analyser les écarts entre les processus actuels et la solution Oracle Fusion.
• Rédiger des documents de conception fonctionnelle (FDD), BRD et procédures opérationnelles.
• Préparer et exécuter des tests fonctionnels et intégrés (SIT, UAT).
• Accompagner la conversion et la validation des données financières.
• Participer à la formation des utilisateurs clés.
• Documenter les défauts, suivre les corrections et valider les livrables.
• Soutenir le déploiement et le support post-go-live.

JOB DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for Finance Business Analysts for a major Oracle Fusion Cloud deployment. Specialized in financial processes, they will contribute to the design, validation and deployment of the Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management), act as the link between business teams and configuration teams, document requirements and support the testing and training phases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take part in financial business process analysis workshops and document functional requirements.
• Analyze gaps (fit/gap) between current processes and the Oracle Fusion solution.
• Write functional design documents (FDD), BRDs and operating procedures.
• Prepare and execute functional and integrated test cases (SIT, UAT).
• Support the conversion and validation of financial data.
• Take part in key-user training.
• Document defects, follow up on corrections and validate deliverables.
• Support the deployment phase and post-go-live support.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, administration or information systems.
• Minimum three (03) years of experience in financial process analysis or ERP implementation.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials or a comparable financial ERP.
• Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R) or general accounting processes, depending on specialization.
• Experience writing FDDs, in functional testing (SIT, UAT) and in ERP data conversion (an asset).
• Relevant certification (Oracle Cloud, CPA or equivalent) (an asset).
• Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.
