Job summary

Coke Canada Bottling in Brampton is seeking an Analyst, Warehouse Operations, to support daily tasks and projects within a rotating shift schedule. The position offers flexibility to work Saturdays and requires availability for 40 hours per week, with shifts from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, or 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.

The role pays $22.00 per hour and involves working under supervision with SAP on a daily basis, contributing to GMP walks and safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or post-secondary education.
• Prior Warehouse experience preferred.
• MS Office Experience including intermediate Excel skills and SAP.
• Flexibility to work afternoon shift.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written are a requirement.
• Ability to handle responsibilities and work both independently and as a team member.
• Strong analytical and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Support supervisors with employee observations/engineer labor standards.
• Assist Supervisors with daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Ensure employees are adhering to safety standards and accurately doing their job.
• Product Date Audits.
• Track equipment for the warehouse including scanners, PITs, IT equipment, and running audits on the equipment.
• Ensure Daily Off Standards.
• Cover pick and bulk dock stations, supervisory duties.
• Complete GMP walks daily.
• Support unionized employees to meet their daily goals and/or targets.
• Coach Employees on best practices.
• Use SAP on a daily basis.
• Complete daily tasks and/or projects as assigned.

About This Opportunity

Reporting into the Warehouse Manager and/or Lead Supervisor, the Analyst (hourly) will be multi-focused with project work and responsible for some daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support supervisors with employee observations/engineer labor standards
• Assist Supervisors with daily tasks and responsibilities
• Ensure employees are adhering to safety standards and accurately doing their job
• Product Date Audits
• Track equipment for the warehouse including, scanners, Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs), IT equipment, and running audits on the equipment
• Ensure Daily Off Standards
• Cover pick and bulk dock stations, supervisory duties
• Complete Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) walks daily
• Support unionized employees to meet their daily goals and/or targets
• Coach Employees on best practices
• Use SAP on a daily basis
• Complete daily tasks and/or projects as assigned
