Job summary

Desjardins in Lévis is seeking a Systems and Infrastructure Operations, Maintenance and Development Analyst to support IT efficiency by designing, configuring, administering, maintaining and testing business solutions, networks and databases. You will analyze risks, develop testing, write recommendations, and collaborate with stakeholders across technology fields.

A four-year related diploma and at least four years of relevant experience, plus knowledge of French, are required.

Required As a systems and infrastructure operations, maintenance and development analyst, you support IT efficiency. You design, configure, administer, maintain, upgrade and test the quality of business solutions, computer networks, management systems, programs and database servers based on the organization's needs. You analyze and help diagnose issues related to IT deliveries, rollouts, infrastructure operation, controls and quality assurance. You provide opinions in accordance with your discipline's rules and help develop recommendations and implementation plans. You actively help test the quality of business solutions in a medium-scale focus area. You share ideas. You help solve problems using your analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of your line of business. You draw on your ability to manage complexity. You interact with stakeholders working in other technology fields. You provide discipline-specific support to your unit, clients and partners. More specifically, you will be required to :
