Sr. Business Analyst – Supply Chain Strategic Initiatives

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives including the establishment of new collaboration models with partners;
• Project manage the strategic initiatives independently and with a results‑oriented vision;
• Identify and mitigate initiative’s strategic risks;
• Ensure Bombardier’s Sr leaders have adequate visibility and alignment to strategic approach;
• Build and evaluate business models while challenging internal and external assumptions;
• Communicate on a regular basis with key stakeholders, especially with executives, on the progress of the projects under your responsibility; and
• Develop a network of internal & external contacts to support project success.

How to thrive in this role?

• You hold an undergraduate degree with a strong concentration in an analytical discipline.
• Graduate or Master’s degree in operations management or a master of business administration (MBA) from a world‑class academic institution would be an asset;
• You have a minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of professional experience in a strategic environment in the Manufacturing industry;
• You have strong research and analytical skills with a commitment to rigor & attention to details;
• You have knowledge of the aerospace industry and contracting processes (an asset);
• You have ability for synthesis and presentation of complex information;
• You have the ability to exercise full discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters;
• You are able to multi‑task under a highly demanding and continuously changing environment;
• You have the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization (from senior management to staff);
• You have a strong team spirit and leadership abilities and you demonstrate flexibility;
• You are able to meet tight deadlines;
