CPP Investments in Toronto, Canada, invites an Analyst, Real Assets Credit, to help originate and execute real estate debt opportunities across North America. You will support research, underwriting, and portfolio management across diverse asset classes, contributing to the growth of a globally oriented credit team.
You bring 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong financial modelling and communication skills, and an appetite for rigorous analysis in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As Analyst, Real Assets Credit, you will focus on real estate debt transactions across North America and contribute to scaling the business. You will support fundamental research, underwriting and execution of new credit opportunities, as well as the management of existing portfolio investments, gaining exposure across traditional and niche real estate asset classes and the full investment lifecycle.
The Real Assets Credit group is a global credit investor across public and private markets in real estate, energy and resources, and infrastructure and renewables. With a current portfolio of C$12 billion, the team seeks opportunities to lend against high-quality real assets projects across major asset classes and global markets. Within the team, you will focus on North American real estate debt transactions and gain exposure to opportunities from early screening and thesis development through underwriting, investment committee preparation, closing, portfolio monitoring and investment exit.
