What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Leverage experimentation and advanced data analytics to derive insights and optimize credit underwriting strategies
- Determine and optimize purchasing power to balance risk and growth, enhancing user engagement
- Play a pivotal role in managing underwriting cost savings and improving profitability
- Support the launch of new products by designing and implementing effective credit strategies
- Collaborate with Machine Learning and Engineering teams to build effective credit risk capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a data analyst/data scientist, preferably in consumer credit risk management
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, or other scripting languages; experience with Spark is a plus
- Ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across different teams in the organization
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
