What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee listening requests, providing consultation on survey strategies and technical support
  • Develop standard practices and tools for survey authors to ensure consistent survey execution across the organization
  • Support the execution of major employee survey projects, including survey build, execution, and advanced statistical analysis
  • Manage the HR employment lifecycle survey program, collaborating with HR stakeholders to maintain and automate surveys
  • Act as the primary administrator of the Qualtrics survey platform, ensuring its overall maintenance and health
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • MA or MS Degree in Psychology, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of directly related experience
  • Proficient knowledge of psychometrics, including validation and reliability of survey instruments
  • Strong collaboration and customer support mindset
  • Exceptional attention to detail and experience in supporting large-scale projects
