About the team you are joining

The ICH Finance team is a dynamic unit consisting of three dedicated professionals who oversee the day-to-day ICH settlement and accounting activities.

The team has successfully transformed traditional workflows by designing and implementing a wide range of process automations.

With a strong focus on continuous improvement, the team is committed to delivering efficient, high-quality services to ICH’s global member base.

What your day would be like

As a key member of the ICH Finance team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end settlement operations and driving system and process enhancements. Your daily activities will include:

  • Reconciliation of bank accounts and financial records.
  • Preparation and execution of settlement cycles.
  • Monitoring real-time wallet transactions and balances.
  • Performing accounting and reporting activities.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across departments and regions.
  • Acting as a backup for other team members to ensure business continuity.
  • Identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Designing and testing new system features in collaboration with Information & Data and business teams.
  • Supporting system upgrades and enhancements through requirement gathering, UAT, and documentation.
