This role will be based out of Calgary, AB or Saskatoon, SK. Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, Period End Close & Accounting Support, NPKC, this individual is responsible for the Government Surveys process.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer end-to-end government survey processes, including request tracking and deadline management.
  • Maintain comprehensive survey tracking system and status reports.
  • Prepare and submit annual, quarterly, and monthly regulatory surveys.
  • Monitor government survey inbox and coordinate responses with relevant departments.
  • Review and update survey-related policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or treasury.
  • Experience with Excel to analyze large and varied data sets.
  • Experience with large scale ERPs.
  • Strong data management and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
