As an Analyst, ESG, you'll play a critical role in supporting Vancity Investment Management's responsible investing strategy by conducting environmental, social, and governance (ESG) research and analysis on potential and existing investments. You'll provide actionable insights to portfolio managers and investment committees, contribute to sustainable portfolio construction, and help advance shareholder engagement initiatives. We're looking for a highly analytical and collaborative professional who is passionate about sustainable finance and can translate complex ESG information into meaningful investment insights.
This is a Full-time, Temporary role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Portfolio Manager, ESG Analysis VCIM. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands.
The base salary for this role is $95,000 plus bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
