CI Financial Corp. is seeking an Analyst in Equity Capital Markets in Toronto, ON. The role involves supporting equity deal execution, advisor communications, and structured product initiatives within a syndication-focused ECM team.

You will assist with IPOs and follow-ons, prepare materials for retail advisors, coordinate with legal and operations, and contribute to market intel and marketing efforts. This is an onsite role four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Equity Syndication & Execution: assist in coordinating and executing equity offerings including IPOs and follow-ons; prepare and distribute syndication materials to retail advisors; support docs, compliance and cross-functional coordination.
• Structured Notes Support: collaborate with partner banks on Principal-at-Risk note launches; assist in creating promotional materials; monitor product performance and advisor feedback.
• Retail Advisor Engagement: prepare briefing notes and FAQs; respond to advisor inquiries on terms, timelines and subscriptions; help organise webinars and marketing campaigns.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting: track market trends, prepare internal reports on deal activity and advisor engagement.

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $75000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a sales incentive plan program.
