This position can be located in Toronto or London, reflecting our flexible head office footprint. You will build data models, dashboards, and marts, while proving out data governance and best practices.

Canada Life is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join the Insurance Solutions team. As a part of the Performance Management area, this role will be responsible for supporting the data management, analysis, and reporting needs of the department. The Data Analyst supports decision-making, monitors business performance, and provides actionable insights using analytics and visualisations tailored to different audiences. The role will benefit from collaboration with subject matter experts and data scientists. If you are looking to become a subject matter expert in connected data and help guide the team in improving processes through data mining and analysis, this is the role for you. Given the size and scope of our organisation, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Toronto and London.
The base salary for this position is between $65,800 - $87,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
