RONA is seeking a Cost Management Analyst to partner with merchandising and negotiation teams, delivering analyses to guide decisions and mitigate cost changes. The role emphasizes developing decision-support tools, data interpretation, and presenting cost-saving opportunities.

The mandate of the Cost Management Analyst is to act as a business partner to the merchandising and negotiation teams by providing expertise and guidance in cost management and analysis. Your primary objective will be to understand and mitigate the impact of cost changes and to deliver analyses that will guide strategic decisions and align negotiations with costs. The selected candidate will leverage their skills in developing decision-support tools, analysis, and problem-solving to interpret data, identify opportunities, and make recommendations.
