The Corporate Strategy team at Manulife partners with the Board, CEO, and senior leadership to define and advance the company’s long-term vision and strategic ambitions. Your Role

As an Analyst, you will provide critical analytical support to the Corporate Strategy team, helping to shape strategic priorities and initiatives. You will conduct research, analyze data, and develop insights that inform executive decision‑making. You will also play a key role in coordinating the annual strategic planning process and preparing materials for executive discussions. This role will report to the team’s Directors.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support strategic projects.
  • Perform financial analysis and build models to evaluate business opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership.
  • Support the coordination of strategic planning activities and offsite meetings.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality outputs.

Salary Range is Expected to be Between

$71,925.00 CAD - $119,875.00 CAD
