BMO’s Corporate Finance Division (CFD) is part of the Canadian Commercial Bank and responsible for providing public and private corporate clients advice based financial solutions and best-in-class relationship management. The CFD team works holistically with companies to offer an integrated suite of financing structures, treasury and payment products, capital markets solutions, and advisory services.
The analyst candidate will work on a deal team within CFD’s Diversified Industries (DI) group. DI is comprised highly skilled and experienced professionals who work closely with clients across a range of industries in support of their corporate and strategic financial objectives. Key role responsibilities are focused on supporting the underwriting process; as such, candidates are expected to demonstrate an understanding of financial analysis and an ability to clearly articulate complex situations.
Analyzes credit information to support lending decisions and processes for new and existing Commercial banking loans and credit solutions in an assigned portfolio of clients. Makes credit decisions and recommendations in compliance with bank policies and procedures while maintaining an exceptional client service environment.

$53,200.00 - $98,300.00

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
