TMX Group, via the Canadian Depository for Securities (CDS), seeks an Information Analyst to manage corporate actions data lifecycle from collection to reporting. Based in Toronto, this hybrid role combines in-office collaboration 2–3 days a week with remote work.
You will partner with Issuers, Legal Counsel, and DTCC, ensuring data integrity, timely dissemination, and risk-aware processes in a fast-paced capital markets environment.

serves as Canada’s national securities depository, clearing, and settlement hub, providing the vital infrastructure required to support the integrity and efficiency of the Canadian capital markets. Within this ecosystem, the Asset Services Information Unit manages the entire lifecycle of Corporate Actions data for securities held by CDS. As an Information Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the management, analysis, and reporting of mandatory corporate actions, acting as a high-impact connector within the Canadian capital markets infrastructure.

Hybrid (2-3 days in office) - based in Toronto, ON.
$60,000/year - $65,000/year CAD. Please note that the salary range included is a guideline only. The salary offered may vary based on factors, including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
