Responsibilities
  • Support client HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning initiatives, and offboarding
  • Assist in research and analysis by collecting and organizing primary and secondary data (surveys, interviews, focus groups, reports, and administrative records) to inform HR strategies
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce forecasts to support decision-making and identify trends
  • Contribute to proposal development and assist with administrative aspects of client engagements
  • Coordinate project tasks such as scheduling, tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication between stakeholders
  • Develop familiarity with MNP’s HR services and client needs through hands‑on experience and collaboration
  • Promote positive workplace culture by supporting engagement programs and providing insights to HR advisors
  • Act as a reliable resource for clients and employees, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Skills and Experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR, recruitment, or HR analytics experience (or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, ATS systems, and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage high volumes of data with accuracy and confidentialityProficiency in Excel or other data visualization tools is an asset
  • Detail‑oriented and highly analytical
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to streamline processes
