As an Analyst, Commercial Real Estate, you'll be a key player in driving real estate financing, supporting high-impact lending decisions, and helping build valuable client relationships. Working closely with the Sr. Manager, Commercial Real Estate, you'll complete annual reviews, prepare loan amendment documentation, assist with loan renewals and assist with the collection of client information and loan facility advances.
This permanent, full-time role that will enjoy hybrid working arrangements which can be fulfilled primarily from the Vancity Community Investment Bank head office location and your Ontario based home office. This role may require you to work in-office at least once a week.
This role offers a salary range of$ 65,000 to $80,000 . The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
