FCT is seeking an Analyst, Cloud Platform and Services in Ontario to support a variety of technologies and systems. You will resolve IT issues, contribute to projects, and communicate status and improvements to leadership.

The role emphasizes cloud platforms, scripting, monitoring, and security practices to ensure high availability. The position requires 10+ years of IT experience, hands-on Azure/AWS knowledge, and strong scripting abilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms Azure and AWS.
• Hands-on scripting with PowerShell, Terraform and Bash.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Grafana and Prometheus.
• Knowledge of security best practices and IAM.
• Experience with Windows technologies and protocols (AD, Intune, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, SMB).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical policy guidance and support to leadership and teams.
• Resolve infrastructure issues proactively and communicate solutions.
• Support operations of infrastructure across projects and day-to-day tasks.
• Investigate and participate as a 3rd level SME to maximize availability.
