What You Will Do:
  • Coordinating Enbridge's enterprise‑wide cash management banking services, including outsourced payment processing, tracking of bank fees, account openings/closings, authorized signatory updates, and legal KYC documentation for all entities.
  • Assisting with System Administration for our Treasury Management System (Kyriba) and all web banking applications, offering user support and training.
  • Working closely with cash management banks to determine detailed requirements for bank accounts, new cash management services, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Providing banking support to Corporate and Business Unit functions, offering timely and professional problem‑solving solutions directly or with assistance from the bank.
  • Compiling CRA, internal, and external audit requests, including coordination of year‑end external Bank and Debt confirmations.
  • Preparing FBAR filings.
Who You Are:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a Finance‑related field, preferably in Treasury, Banking, Accounting, or Information Systems.
  • Active enrollment in a business or finance professional designation (e.g., CPA, CFA or equivalent experience, CTP) is considered an asset.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, capable of balancing multiple priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering accurate results in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external banking partners.
  • The ability to quickly learn and adjust to new financial systems and technologies. Experience with Banking Platforms, Treasury Management System (Kyriba), or ERP (Oracle or SAP) is an asset.
  • Solid digital literacy, encompassing proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint, along with a basic understanding of AI and RPAs. Knowledge of API integrations is a plus.
  • Cybersecurity awareness, including familiarity with multi‑factor authentication.
